Real problems. Solutions that work.

We start by understanding the problem, then pick the technology — not the other way around. Together we validate the idea with a proof of concept, build out the full solution, and ship it to production: a custom application, an automation, an AI agent, or a simple integration. We own the whole flow ourselves, from first conversation through launch and long-term operations.

Software house

Custom software — from idea to product

As a product-oriented software house, we run the whole flow: discovery and proof of concept, design and development, production rollout, and long-term maintenance. We don't sell man-hours — we take responsibility for turning your problem into a working product.

  • Web applications

We design and ship web applications — from a quick MVP to mature products serving real traffic. We pick the stack to fit the problem, not the other way around.

  • Mobile applications

We build mobile apps for iOS and Android — React Native by default, fully native when the project demands it. One team takes it from idea to launch in the stores.

  • APIs & backend systems

We build fast APIs, microservices, and the systems behind your product — engineered to handle growing traffic and keep your data tidy as the business scales.

  • Legacy modernization

We take over existing projects, untangle legacy code, and migrate to newer tech — without downtime and without rewriting everything from scratch.

  • Audits

We audit code, architecture, and security of existing systems. We pinpoint real risks, estimate the cost to fix them, and show you what to address first and where you'll get the biggest return.

  • Maintenance & operations

After launch we stay on board: monitoring, dependency updates, bug fixes, and small improvements. Your team focuses on building, not on babysitting infrastructure.

Defined scope, transparent pricing, real ownership — the code we write belongs to you, not to us.

What else we build

Automations, AI assistants, and internal tools — scoped, shipped, and supported by people who stick around.

  • Process automation

We map how the work flows today, pick the right tool for the job, and deliver a working automation — or run it for you long-term.

  • AI assistants for your data

AI assistants that answer from your own documents, policies, and knowledge base — with sources you can check, so your team and customers get accurate, up-to-date answers.

  • Connecting your systems

We link your CRM, accounting, ticketing, and cloud storage so information moves between them automatically — no more manual exports or copy-paste.

  • Internal tools & dashboards

Lightweight web apps, dashboards, and admin panels that remove recurring manual work — owned by you, hosted wherever you prefer.

  • Private & hybrid deployments

We can deploy on your own servers or private cloud — even fully disconnected from the internet — so sensitive data never leaves your environment.

  • Ongoing support & improvements

We stay after go-live: monitoring, fixes, and new improvements as your process evolves. No handoff and disappear.

Move faster with senior engineers who actually finish things

We partner with teams that need clear product thinking, predictable delivery, and senior engineering support from first conversation to live system.

From early discovery to go-live, we help shape direction, design the experience, and build solid foundations that hold up as you grow.

Our specialists work as an extension of your team so you can move faster without giving up quality, security, or long-term maintainability.

How we work

From first conversation to working system

  1. 01

    Listen

We map how the work flows today, find the bottlenecks, and scope what's worth automating first.

  2. 02

    Plan

We pick the right tools, lay out how it will work end to end, and agree on what gets delivered and when.

  3. 03

    Build

We implement, test, and refine — you see progress and have full visibility at every stage.

  4. 04

    Operate

After go-live we monitor, fix, and extend the system as your needs evolve.

FAQ

Questions, answered in plain English

A few things people ask before reaching out — no jargon, no sales pitch. Still not sure about something? Just send us a note.

  • What is it that you actually do, in one sentence?

We build small pieces of software that take repetitive, manual work off your team — the kind of tasks where someone is copying data between tools, answering the same questions over and over, or chasing updates. Sometimes that's a quiet “automation” running in the background, sometimes an “AI agent” that handles requests for your team. You describe what slows you down; we ship something that handles it.

  • What's the difference between an “automation” and an “AI agent”?

An automation follows fixed rules — when X happens, do Y. Example: every new order becomes an invoice in your accounting tool, no thinking required. An AI agent handles work that needs judgement — reading a customer email, deciding which department it belongs to, drafting a reply. We use whichever fits the job, and often both together.

  • You mention “RAG” and “agents on your data”. What does that actually mean?

It means an AI assistant that answers using your documents instead of guessing from the public internet. We feed it your policies, contracts, product docs, or knowledge base, and it replies only from those — with sources you can check. Your team and customers get correct, up-to-date answers without anyone having to memorise the manual.

  • Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. You bring the problem — “our team spends three hours a day moving data between two tools” — and we handle the rest: choosing the technology, building it, testing it, and explaining it back in plain language. You stay in control of the outcome; we handle the wiring.

  • What does “works with your stack” mean in practice?

“Stack” is just shorthand for the tools your team already uses every day — Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, your CRM, your shop, your accounting system. Instead of asking you to switch to something new, we plug into what you already have so the new automation feels like a natural extension of your current setup.

  • What is “on-prem” or “hybrid” delivery, and do we need it?

On-prem means we install everything on your own servers or private cloud, so your data never leaves your environment — useful in healthcare, finance, legal, or anything sensitive. Hybrid means part runs on your infrastructure and part on managed services. Most clients don't need this; if you do, we can deliver it.

  • How long does a project take, and how much does it cost?

Most first projects ship in weeks, not months. We start with a free conversation, scope the work concretely, and give you a clear quote — priced to what we actually do together, not a package rate. No open-ended retainers and no hidden subscriptions. You see a working result before committing to anything bigger.

  • What happens after launch? Are we on our own?

No. We monitor what we've built, fix anything that breaks, and adjust as your process changes. You can keep us on for ongoing support, ask for a one-off change later, or bring it fully in-house — the work belongs to you, not us.
