Marcin is a QA Engineer and SDET with a strong lean toward platform engineering. He works across test automation, CI/CD, and backend/frontend development within a hospitality SaaS product, with a primary focus on building and maintaining large-scale Playwright end-to-end infrastructure.

He led the migration of E2E tests from more than ten individual repositories into a centralized QA monorepo, defining a scalable three-layer architecture of pages, steps, and specs that became the organisation-wide standard.

Beyond testing, Marcin designs and maintains Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, contributes to backend services and micro-frontend components, and handles infrastructure work with Terraform and GitOps using Flux CD. He also builds internal automation workflows in n8n, from pipeline-failure notifications to tooling that keeps teams informed and unblocked.

He strongly believes AI is the future of test automation and QA. From intelligent test generation to self-healing tests and AI-assisted code reviews, he sees the QA role evolving into a discipline that uses AI to move faster, catch more, and deliver higher confidence at every stage.
